Change plan or billing details

Tenant-owner only. Upgrades are live instantly; downgrades apply next period.

Open /settings/billing. Only users with the tenant-owner role see this page.

Click "Change plan" to upgrade / downgrade. Upgrades prorate and go live immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current period.

Update payment method — we redirect you to our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor; card numbers never touch our infrastructure.

Invoices are downloadable as PDF and archived for the duration of your account.
