Re-open a closed incident
Use the workflow action "Reopen" — available to tenant-admins and the original reporter.
Open the incident record. The workflow transitions bar at top shows "Reopen" when you have permission.
Add a required comment explaining why. A reopen event is inserted into the activity feed and visible in the audit log.
If re-open is not offered, your tenant-admin may have disabled it in the Composer workflow. Ask them to adjust the workflow for this module.
