Mobile quickstart

Install the QEHS mobile app, sign in via SSO or email, capture a record offline, and sync.

Install

The app is distributed via the Apple App Store, Google Play, and — for Enterprise — via MDM (Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE). Search "QEHS" in the store or scan the QR code in /settings/mobile.

Sign in

Open the app and enter your tenant slug (e.g. acme).
If your tenant has SSO, the app redirects you to your IdP; otherwise enter email + password.
On first sign-in the app downloads your module catalog + 30 days of recent records for offline use. Subsequent launches incremental-sync in the background.

Capture offline

Tap a module and "New" — the same form as web, optimised for thumb-reach.
Photos, GPS, barcode scan, and voice-to-text are all native.
Save drafts — drafts sit in the local queue. A small cloud icon in the header shows queue depth.
When the device reconnects, the queue drains automatically. Conflicts surface as a notification the user can resolve or escalate.
