Typical configuration
- Evidence-request capability: auditor selects a clause → auto-emails the clause owner a secure upload link (expires 14 days).
- Effect: any nonconformity raised creates a CAPA with source="audit" and clause reference pre-filled.
- Report: Management-review generator aggregates NCs + trends + leading-indicators into a printable §9.3 bundle.
- Permissions: Lead auditor writes; observers read-only; auditee can view + respond only to their assigned NCs.
