Typical configuration
- Capability: chemical picker resolves CAS → density → RQ and pre-fills the verdict field.
- Effect: verdict=Yes triggers a 15-minute reminder to the named environmental lead to call the National Response Center (US) or the tenant-configured equivalent.
- Cron: follow-up notification tracker keeps the state-agency written-report deadline visible on the dashboard (default 15 days).
- Permissions: Environmental lead writes; Site lead read-only; Legal is notified by email on any RQ=Yes record.
