Installation

Google Play — search "QEHS". Compatible with Android 11 and later.
Managed Google Play — IT admins can approve and push the app via Intune, Workspace ONE, SOTI, VMware, or Google Workspace device management.
APK distribution for rugged devices — ask support for the sideload bundle if your Zebra/Honeywell devices cannot reach Play Store.

Rugged device support

Barcode scanning on Zebra DataWedge, Honeywell EZConfig, and Datalogic DPM is supported out of the box. Hardware scan triggers populate the currently-focused field. The app also supports external Bluetooth 1D/2D scanners as an HID keyboard wedge.

Camera profiles

Default — single shot, auto compression to 2MP.
High quality — full resolution, uploaded when on Wi-Fi.
Burst — capture up to 10 images tied to one finding.
Thermal (FLIR) — integration with compatible FLIR attachments for NDT inspectors.
